Our garage door decided it was done closing and wanted to stay in the open position. Checked all the normal culprits (sensors, etc) and couldn't figure it out. I bought a house and the doors did not have openers. After the initial inspection it was determined that I would require side mounted openers as my ceiling was too low for regular ones. At no fault of the the company (side openers are more touchy than overhead ones, and harder to see problems at first), one of the doors had massive issues into the future, and I had to have them come out a couple of times to finally get the opener and door to work properly. As all the work was under warranty I didn't have to pay a penny on the other visits - no arguing, no haggling, no reimbursement process, nothing - they just came and fixed the problems. Even though its only $20, it shows he's a not a price gouger and he is good businesman, who takes care of his customers. The owner was busy, but he waited around for me to come pick up the spring.
